The Science and Craft of Raw Milk Cheese Conference is our first go at bringing together grazing herdspeople who make milk for cheese, cheesemakers using (or wanting to use) raw milk from grazing animals, and scientists conducting research into dairy grazing and raw milk cheese. Our confirmed speaker/session list can be found here on the website.
The goal is a gathering of people who are, have been, or want to be doing this work, and an opportunity to learn with and from one another.
The event takes place in Putney, Vermont, March 15 & 16, 2025
