Brian Civitello is a busy man. In addition to being the creative force behind Mystic Cheese Co., he was also one of the creators of the Cornerstone Project.

Brian has irons in fires, and as he is spending some time on the 91 - we were glad that he was able to jump off between exits 4 & 5 for a visit. How nice to be up on Parish Hill with a few Cornerstones to try when Brian made his way up the hill...
