just finished up our 7th week of cheese for 2024, and that means the first of the young cheeses are almost ready. sigh…

humble and galactic are rinding up and making ready. first wheels will be at farmers market on July 6th.

we graded the first batches of idyll from 2022, and those 9 wheels will also be heading out.
