Artisan Cheesemakers Winter Conference — VT Cheese Council

2023’s conference will be 2 days filled with great educational sessions: Thursday February 16-Friday February 17, 2023. Our sessions are developed by our education committee (made up of cheesemakers) to target skills and information to help cheesemakers! While most of our attendees our cheesemakers, we certainly welcome all who want to learn more about what factors impact cheese quality and how.
